Bria, a St. Croix native, returned home in January 2018 after living stateside for 6 years.
While away, Bria completed her B.A. in Public Relations at Barry University. Upon graduation, eager for change, she moved to Brooklyn, NY. New York was beautiful, different, thrilling, and full of contract production jobs but Bria was drawn back home after only two years in the big city.
Coming home was an easy decision for Bria but she wasn’t quite sure what professional path she wanted to take when she got here. Revisiting a thought she had while in NY, Bria decided this is where she wanted to pursue real estate. After a few encouraging and honest words from friends, and now colleagues, at Blue Sky Real Estate, Bria began shadowing agents in February 2018 and then became an agent in July 2018.
Now, Bria is ready to make new connections and help owners, buyers, sellers, and renters in the USVI meet their needs!

Jai Raphael, daughter of international real estate brokerage owner & investor Caryn Hodge, and legendary real estate developer, investor, entrepreneur, and Jungle Bay Dominica hotelier Samuel Raphael, spent her formative years observing the business of real estate.
“Observing the development of a lot of projects, the sale of everything from land, homes, and condos, seeing my mentors moving property throughout my whole life, makes this business second nature to me. On top of that, because I am from the Virgin Islands, I know a lot, geographically, historically, I know the market. I always do my best job and I am here to provide top notch service.” Jai said.
Clients cite Jai’s thoroughness, taste, willingness to go above and beyond, and rigid code of professionalism as key attributes that left them more than impressed with her services.
