Jay Rollins

Jay moved to the beautiful island of St. Croix in 2015. Real estate deals were always part of his life (having flipped his first house at the age of 22), and he decided to make it official in 2019 after working with Blue Sky Real Estate colleagues in various other capacities.

Since moving here, he has been very involved with the non-profit community throughout the territory– particularly around the role of recovery from the 2017 hurricanes. Through this work, he helped to oversee volunteer teams using donated materials to rebuild 73 homes on St. Croix. He also currently serves as the chair for the Virgin Islands Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster.
