Stephanie Hodge

Stephanie Hodge was born and raised on St. Croix and comes from multi-generational Crucian families.  Stephanie and her sister, Caryn, launched Blue Sky Real Estate in 2008, a small, boutique brokerage which consistently ranks in the top 5 of all real estate companies on the island.

Prior to launching her own company, Stephanie spent many years as the youngest Board member of the St. Croix Foundation then as its Associate Executive Director during which time she dedicated herself to the revitalization and economic development of St. Croix.  She launched notable programs such as Scrape, Paint, Rejuvenate; the Foundation’s business incubator program; the VI Women’s Business Center and worked collaboratively with the revitalization of Sunday Market Square.  Following her tenure at the Foundation, Stephanie went on to work with EDC beneficiaries and did consulting work with the Economic Development Authority.

Appointed in 2011, Stephanie serves as a member of the Virgin Islands Real Estate Commission.  She previously served on the board of directors of AZ Academy and Crucian Heritage & Nature Tourism (CHANT).  Stephanie graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with an A.B. in Economics in 1993 and has one son.
