Questa Verde, which has one of the best condo pools on the island, is extremely well managed, with some of the lowest condo fees on St. Croix. The complex, a mile by the way the crow flies from downtown Christiansted, is remarkably quiet, the loudest sounds frequently being the soothing coos of the mourning doves in nearby trees. (Your human neighbors, friendly and caring, are there – you just rarely hear them).
Whether it’s a next home or an investment with superb long-term rental prospects, K71 is a superb property worth at least a look-see. Some come, look, and see.
